Membership Policy

Please read the guidelines below before deploying your site to the Callsign Collective webring.

1. 01. Independent Website Requirement Member sites must be independent websites. Social media profiles (such as Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X, Tumblr blogs used only as feeds, etc.) do not qualify as valid entries. Your site must have its own dedicated page or domain where content is directly hosted and maintained by you.
   Note: Your website does not need to be exclusively about Call of Duty. As long as you are a fan of the franchise and your website reflects your own creativity or interests, you're welcome to join.
2. 02. Website Review Process Every application is personally reviewed before being accepted into the webring. This review is simply to ensure that the website follows the rules and that all required information has been provided.
   If your application is approved, you will receive a confirmation email.
3. 03. Widget Requirement Once your application has been approved, your website will be added to the member list.
   However, your site will not be added to the webring widget navigation until the Callsign Collective widget has been placed somewhere on your website. This ensures that the navigation works correctly for every member.
   If the widget has not been added within two weeks of approval, your website will be removed from the webring.
   If you need more time, simply send an email explaining the situation. As long as we know you're still interested in participating, your membership will remain active.
   If an extended period passes without the widget being added or without any communication, your website may eventually be removed.
   You're always welcome to apply again once the widget has been added to your site.
4. 04. Respect & Community Guidelines Member websites must not promote, encourage, or tolerate harassment, hate speech, or discrimination against any individual or group, including but not limited to LGBTQ+ people, people with disabilities, racial or ethnic minorities, or religious groups.
   Callsign Collective is intended to be a welcoming community for fans of every background.
5. 05. Advertising & Safety Websites containing excessive advertisements, intrusive pop-ups, malicious redirects, or misleading monetization practices will not be accepted.
   Reasonable advertising is perfectly acceptable, provided it does not negatively affect the browsing experience.
6. 06. AI Usage Policy Websites that use AI-generated content are welcome.
   However, websites that are entirely generated and maintained by artificial intelligence, with little or no meaningful personal contribution, will not be accepted. Callsign Collective exists to celebrate personal creativity, passion, and independently created websites.
7. 07. Rule Enforcement Failure to follow these guidelines may result in removal from Callsign Collective.
   In cases involving malicious content, illegal material, or serious rule violations, removal may occur without prior notice.
